Well, it's pretty nice to get smacked in the face once in a while - both figuratively and literally. It brings you back down to earth. I had a big smack today. Although I wouldn't say that I was floating higher than the ground by any means, but it smacked me deeper into where I already am. So, that is very comforting to know that some force in life is trying to keep me where I am. I happen to know what that force is, too. But I will have to deal with it and get it over with and hope for the best.
Also, I wonder when the next tornado will hit Edmonton. It's all sunny today, and then suddenly the clouds brew in and we have humungous rain drops and storm for a while. Because I am a nerd, I did research projects on tornadoes in elementary; and something like this, is usually a recipe for a tornado. Of course, most tornadoes never touch the ground, but I've never seen one, and I think it'd be pretty cool to see one as long as it doesnt damage anything that I care for.
I am way too excited for next Sunday's hockey game of the English congregation versus the Chinese congregation in our church. It's going to be legendary. I hope I can score a few goals, set up a few goals, and dangle a few here and there. We should do it more often.
And also, I am solid on "team Hall" now. That is all.
