I just wanted to admit my mistake by pointing out that I had no idea we are currently in the last week of March. You know what that means? In under a month, I'll be done my second year and head home for the summer.
The month of March has flown right past me and I don't even know what to think of it. So, umm, this means that I basically have two weeks of classes left and then I'll be into my finals. Speaking of which, I find it absolutely disgusting that we are gong to have class on both Good Friday and Easter Monday. It's so ironic because this is a freakin' bible college and for the few days that are most significant to the faith, we are still obligated to go to class. Well, I actually can't say that both my classes on Good Friday are still on, but I know one of them are for sure. And then the following Monday (which I understand isn't REALLY a holiday in many cases), I have to give my final speech for my speech class. Oh well.
On a completely different note, I love it when I can dig up really old music that I used to listen to. It's so refreshing and also reassuring to know that throughout my life, I've liked good music. Haha! One specific one is "Hey You, It's Me" by Michael W. Smith. The second this song starts playing, literally FLOODS of memory come swarming my mind about my childhood and the hours I've spent with my cousins singing this song while playing Twisted Metal 4. The bliss that this song had brought me over my early years is indescribable. The song is a little cheesy when I listen to it now, but it's still something I can listen to in its entirety; and quite frankly, it's still better than a lot of that stuff that people call music now.
Love it! I guess it's almost time to say goodbye to March.
